They feature unique designs which aim to illustrate the successful transformation of Manchester from the first great city of the industrial age into the prosperous post-industrial city of cutting edge technological development. A city on a mission to escape from the misery and depression of post-industrialisation to new exciting times of when the dichotomy between work and leisure dissolves and the creative industries flourish.
These ceramic screen printed tiles are hand rolled locally in Stoke-on-Trent.
