On the 21st of May, 1982 the doors opened to The Hacienda, soon to become Manchester's most iconic party place. By 1987 it was full every single night of the week, boasting performances by bands such as The Smiths, New Order and The Happy Mondays to name only a few.
Not only did The Hacienda leave behind a huge legacy, truly cementing itself in the city's history, but it also resulted in some of Manchester's most iconic graphic designs, courtesy of Trevor Johnson, available in the shop as prints, postcards and cards. Also featuring in this collection are Hacienda inspired works by Stan Chow and This Charming Manc.
