In 2017 Manchester's Great Northern Warehouse commissioned a series of 10 posters from Stanley Chow, depicting 'Great Northerners' as voted for by the public via a social media campaign, to celebrate the influential figures that put the great in Greater Manchester.
The top 10 most voted for icons were: Liam Gallagher, Caroline Aherne, Tony Wilson, Alan Turing, Emmeline Pankhurst, Ian McKellen, Maxine Peake, Victoria Wood, LS Lowry and Bobby Charlton.
New additions include Marcus Rashford, Lemm Sissay, Phil Martin and Professor Erinma Bell.
Great Northern Warehouse and Stanley Chow granted Forever Manchester permission to sell a range of associated products to raise money to support local people - other 'Great Northerners'.
